- If you request to be granted early access, GALATHES processes your personal data for the purpose of maintaining your customer account within the framework of the "VCR - Virtual Test Booth" product pre-testing program. In the case of customer account management, GALATHES collects and processes the personal data of the data subject within the scope defined in point 1.
- Processing of personal data within the inquiry form
- If you submit an enquiry form, you consent to the processing of the personal data filled in so that you can be contacted. The data provided is used to personalize the offer. In case of consent, GALATHES collects and processes the personal data of the subject within the scope defined in point 1.

- In case you register your e-mail address to receive newsletters, GALATHES will process your personal data in the scope - e-mail address, based on your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending offer e-mails and other commercial communications by electronic means according to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services. GALATHES will start processing your Personal Data only after you have registered your e-mail address to receive newsletters on Galathes.com and subsequently you will receive an e-mail message informing you about your inclusion in the newsletter system for user verification with the possibility of unsubscribing from newsletters.
